The successful candidates will have at least 5 years of experience delivering successful projects, will be degree qualified in a relevant subject and will have
demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development by membership of professional bodies and/or recognised qualifications and accreditations.

The ideal candidate will have commenced his/her career as a software developer, and will have extensive experience of hands-on technical work, including all phases of the project lifecycle: requirements capture, design, development, test and support.

You must be a competent designer with sound technical knowledge, which will enhance the delivery of technical solutions to our customers. Your understanding and experience of the development lifecycle will enable you to perform the
following functions:

undertake development tasks with the minimum of supervision, including
requirements gathering, design, development and testing;

provide detailed support to others carrying out development work;

produce high quality documentation;

understand and apply a formal quality approach.

You must have a good knowledge and hands-on experience of:

MOSS 2007/SharePoint Server 2010
SQL Server
.NET – C#, ASP.NET

A highly motivated self-starter, you will manage your own time and, where appropriate, mentor less experienced team members. You will bring excellent
verbal and written communication skills to the role and will thrive on delivering results in a quality environment.

The candidate will be comfortable interacting directly with customers, peers and senior Amor staff.
