Account Manager - Coventry

Large IT consultancy is looking for an experienced Account Manager/ inside sales executive for their Coventry office.

You must possess the following:
*Ability to develop and execute complex sales and account development strategies
*More than 3 years experience in complex software/IT sales or equivalent
*Proven track record of managing large and complex accounts
*Strong multi-level relationship builder
*Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
*Experience of structured sales methodologies recognised to be suitable for managing complex sales. e.g. Solution Selling, SPIN, Power Base, KAM.

The main accountabilities of this role are:
*Ensure that individual sales targets are met.
*Operate within the agreed Account Management processes and framework.
*Personally develop skills, experience and knowledge to become a Key Account Manager
*Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and individuals to ensure that the correct technical, commercial and administrative resources are available to support account development activities, account strategy and sales opportunities
*Account Management of selected strategic or development accounts and ensuring sales targets for these accounts are met.
