The challenge - The role of Application Consultant is customer facing and vitally important as it will prove to be both demanding and challenging. You will Implement and deliver the designed solutions and understand what the customer are hoping to achieve to then deliver training solutions to end users. Provide effective support, incident management, training, build expertise and problem management service to customers.
Technical skills - The successful candidate will have exposure to the use and/or configuration of accounting software with strong accountancy knowledge and experience, as well as having an impressive academic history. This role would suit a systems accountant or an accountant looking for a new challenge in consultancy.
The person - The position also requires excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) as there will be a requirement to communicate with a wide range of technical and non-technical people at all levels of seniority and have the ability to carefully document activities.
