Due to customer demand, Kwik-Fit Insurance Services was launched in 1995 and has developed into one of Scotland’s most dynamic and award winning call centres.

Many considered this a bold move into an already very competitive marketplace. However, Tom Farmer was convinced that the philosophy of always going the extra mile for customers, which had revolutionised the auto repair industry, would change the face of insurance.

KFIS is an independent intermediary. It is responsible for the advice given, and will act in the customer’s best interests in recommending, arranging and servicing insurance policies.
