Our business has been built on the fundamental belief of putting people 1st whether this is our candidates, clients or employees. We therefore have a developed Candidate Care scheme with core Candidate Promises integrated.

We understand that employers demonstrating excellent communication, knowledge, added value and integrity is really important to you. Therefore, the continued success of the 9-20 network is dependant on us facilitating and promoting these key attributes as best practice and as such we have developed the 9-20 candidate care system to help us achieve this.

After each application you are able to rate your experience and provide constructive feedback. These scores and comments will be made available confidentially to the employer and they will have the opportunity to respond.
