TECHNICAL SKILLS:

*One or more scripting languages i.e Perl, Python, Ruby or PHP

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the sales engineering support for prospective and new Jasper operator partners. This includes matrix managing internal product, marketing, sales and engineering resources to support prospective and new Jasper operator partners.
 Build and maintain strategic technical relationships with the heads of product, marketing, retail, customer care and IT at Jasper operator partners.
 Train Jasper operator partner reps on the technical value proposition of the Jasper Platform, to ensure the Jasper value proposition is communicated effectively and consistently throughout the operators organization
 Support operator partner reps with their presentations and demonstrations to internal departments and to operator customers
 Train and provide ongoing support to Jasper operator partner sales, product, marketing, customer support and operations teams to on-board new customers onto the Jasper platform
 Participate in weekly Jasper operator partner pipeline / implementation calls to identify and resolve technical issues.
 Organize quarterly training sessions to keep Jasper operator partner teams up to date on new features. Also, capture operator product requirements and feature requests and provide feedback to the Jasper product team.
 Interact proactively with operator IT, engineering, marketing, product and support teams to provide solutions to complex technical issues.
 Must be able to travel to operator and enterprise customer sites frequently. Travel will be between 50-75%.

Candidate Qualifications:
